🚚 Shipping Across Pakistan

• Delivery Time:
  Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days in major cities and up to 7 days in remote areas.
• Shipping Charges:
  Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
  For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies.
• Dispatch Time:
  All orders are dispatched within 12–24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, so you can track your parcel in real time.

🕒 Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made between 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel.

❌ Undelivered Orders

If a parcel is refused, or the recipient is unreachable for 2 consecutive delivery attempts, the order will be returned to Northesse.

In such cases:

• A re-delivery can be arranged upon customer request.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide for orders up to Rs. 10,000.
• For higher amounts, advance payment may be required via bank transfer.
